1. Who we are

Stawari (“Stawari”, “we”, “us”) is building a business financial platform for companies operating internationally. Stawari is currently in development; this policy covers this website and our waitlist.

2. Information we collect

When you join our waitlist we collect the information you submit: your work email, full name, company name, company country and — where you choose to provide them — company website, role, expected monthly international spend, how you currently fund international expenses and your intended use of Stawari. We also record basic attribution data (such as UTM parameters and referral identifiers) and technical data needed to protect the service, such as IP-derived signals used for rate limiting and bot protection.

3. How we use it

We use this information to operate the waitlist, evaluate demand across markets, contact you about early access and — where you have agreed — send you product updates. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers

We use infrastructure and email service providers to host this website and deliver waitlist emails. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

As Stawari moves toward launch, onboarding and compliance data may be shared with infrastructure and compliance providers where necessary to provide or prepare regulated financial functionality. Depending on jurisdiction and the services involved, these may include KYB/KYC providers, payment infrastructure providers, card issuers, custody providers, and sanctions and transaction-monitoring providers.

5. Retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as it is relevant to preparing and launching Stawari, or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw consent to product updates, at any time by emailing hello@stawari.com.

7. Changes

We will update this policy as the product develops — including before any regulated services launch — and will note the date of the latest revision above.
