1. Nature of the service
Stawari provides software and financial orchestration tools for business users: a financial workspace, business controls, spend management, reporting and related software infrastructure. This website describes a platform currently in development.
2. Third-party financial services
Certain financial functionality may be provided by regulated third-party providers. Such services may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements and compliance reviews, and may vary by jurisdiction.
3. No custody by Stawari
Unless explicitly disclosed otherwise, Stawari does not directly receive, hold or custody customer funds. Where financial services are offered, customer funds are intended to flow directly between the customer and the relevant regulated infrastructure provider.
4. No banking relationship
Stawari is not a bank. Use of the Stawari platform does not create a bank account directly with Stawari, and joining the waitlist does not open an account or create a customer relationship with any financial institution.
5. Product availability
Features may vary by country, business type, infrastructure provider and compliance status, and may change, be delayed or not launch in a given market.
6. Pre-launch status
Stawari is currently in development. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of regulated financial services, or an offer of banking, payment, card, custody or investment services.
7. Waitlist
By joining the waitlist you confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your company. We may contact you about early access and, where you have agreed, send you product updates. You can leave the waitlist at any time by contacting us.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, submit false information at scale or probe its security.
9. Intellectual property
The Stawari name, logo and the content of this site belong to Stawari and may not be used without permission.
10. Liability
This site is provided “as is” for information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Stawari is not liable for decisions made in reliance on pre-launch product descriptions.
